tropic smoothie


This smoothie is one of my favorite afternoon snacks, if you need a little pick me up and some hydration…this is a must make!

 

what you’ll need

  • 1/3 mango slices
  • 1/3 of ripe papaya
  • 1/3 of sliced banana
  • tsp. of lime juice
  • 2/3 coconut water
  • scoop of ice ( optional )

blend in blender….then there are optionals:

I like to top all smoothies with granola, it gives it that extra umph that I need.

 

Optional Toppings:

Organic Granola

Organic Dried Coconut Flakes
